Learn To Knit a Quick Cowl (Neck Warmer)
Learn to knit an easy, quick cowl (neck warmer) in a day, with one ball of wool. It is perfect for the beginner knitter.
Using one ball of thick wool, makes this a very fast knit. It will take an experienced knitter a few hours and a beginner knitter a day to create.
This lovely pattern has lots of stretch as it is a large, fancy rib stitch. This cowl looks fabulous under a winter jacket.
I hope you enjoy knitting this cowl as much as I have.

MATERIALS FOR THE EASY KNIT COWL (NECK WARMER)

WOOL
20ply (Super Chunky) Wool
I’ve used Rowan Big Wool which is 20ply (Super Chunky). This very soft 100% Merino wool is perfect for the beginner knitter as it is very quick to knit. This wool is divine when you’re knitting cowls (neck warmers), it’s warm, soft, and feels beautiful.
You will only need one ball of Rowan Big Wool for this lovely cowl (neck warmer).
NEEDLES
10mm Round Needles
I usually knit with circular needles so that there are no seams. Select circular needles with a shorter cord so that all of the stitches wrap around the needles.
